    The Center for Child & Family Health (www.ccfhnc.org), a Duke University Medical Center affiliated agency, is seeking a Site Director and two Family Resiliency Trainers (Child/Family Interventionists) to staff the Families OverComing Under Stress (FOCUS) team at Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base in Jacksonville NC to provide manualized, family-centered services to Marine families experiencing multiple deployments and combat operational stress.The Site Director position requires a doctoral (Ph.D or Psy.D, DSW) or master's (MFT, MSW, MA Counseling) degree with a current clinical license, experience working with parents, families & children, and program management/supervisory experience. The Site Director duties will be 50% program management and 50% direct practice. Duties include conducting manualized intervention, supervising family interventionists, conducting program outreach and training, managing data, and coordinating with CCFH, UCLA and military representatives. The Family Resiliency Trainers (Child/Family Interventionist positions) require a clinically-related master's degree, current licensure is not required. Primary tasks include conducting family-centered interventions and performing outreach. In the past thirty-three years, the Center has grown from a staff of one to a multidisciplinary staff of mental health professionals. PCC now owns its own building in a peaceful environment, has an endowment of $150,000, an annual budget of over a half million dollars and provides over 6,000 hours of effective services a year.
    Our founding and current Executive Director will retire effective July 31, 2008 after thirty-three years of service. We are seeking applications from qualified persons for this vacancy.
